Teams of 4 are invited to play golf at the exclusive Fountaingrove Golf and Athletic Club and compete in our
Team Extreme Golf Tournament. 

This year’s format is 54 holes of golf in a day:
1st round - Team Scramble
2nd round - Individual Stroke Play and “Special” ball
3rd round – Big hole scramble

The day will begin early (7:00 am) with a Continental breakfast followed by a shotgun start at 9:00am. Snacks, beverages, lunch, and more snacks and beverages will be available to keep our golfers nourished and energized throughout the day. A sumptuous buffet dinner will cap the busy day as the sun is setting

Each golfer will receive a golf shirt and goodie bag. There will be fun prizes – (golf getaways, dinners out and more) plus additional prizes for Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Hole in One.

Our goal is to raise $70,000 to support our Campaign for Real Change to help more Sonoma County homeless break the cycle of helplessness and hopelessness.

Team golf only – looking for 14 teams of 4 golfers

A goal of $4000 per team to play
(Teams raising more than $4000 will be eligible for special prizes)
